- Position Summary: The Operational CEO will lead the operational strategy and manage the overall performance of the company, with a special emphasis on integrating marketing leadership and technology. This role requires working closely with the Board of Directors, particularly reporting directly to the Chairman, and collaborating with other executive team members. The CEO will ensure that the company’s operational procedures not only align with its strategic goals and objectives but also leverage technology and innovative marketing strategies for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
· Provide visionary leadership, particularly in marketing and technological innovation.
· Develop and implement strategic operational plans with a strong focus on market growth.
· Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals.
Operational Management:
· Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all operational processes, with an emphasis on technology integration.
· Effectively manage company resources and budget, focusing on marketing and technological investments.
· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in tech-driven markets.
Business Development and Marketing:
· Lead marketing initiatives and strategies to drive business growth.
· Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging marketing insights.
· Ensure the company’s growth is aligned with strategic marketing and technological advancements.
Risk Management and Compliance:
· Oversee risk management, focusing on technology and digital platforms.
· Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies, particularly in digital and tech-related areas.
Performance Monitoring:
· Monitor and report on the company’s performance, with a focus on marketing effectiveness and technological integration.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Operational CEO, with a strong background in marketing leadership and information technology.
· Experience in developing strategic business plans with a focus on marketing and technology.
· Strong understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and particularly Marketing and technology.
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a relevant technical field; an MBA is preferred.
